We process personal data to accept orders, confirm bookings and provide the purchased service on the basis of performing a contract. We also process data to manage payments and customer enquiries, ensure the security of the website, and meet legal obligations.
We send direct marketing messages only where permitted by applicable law. If messages are sent on the basis of consent, you may withdraw that consent. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect the sending of order confirmations or other messages necessary to provide the service.

7. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected or to meet a legal obligation. Where necessary, we also retain order and booking data to resolve potential disputes. We retain accounting documents for the period required by law. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration and disclosure.
10. Your rights
You may have the right to access your personal data, request the correction of inaccurate data or the deletion of data, restrict processing, object to processing, and exercise other rights under applicable data protection requirements.
